GB swimmers visit us at TeamBath

It was so exciting to have GB swimmers Laura and Daisy come to training this week.

They ran an incredible flexibility land session and gave our swimmers some help with their routines and lifts in the pool. Thank you so much for an amazing session. It was such an inspiration for our swimmers!
